About the CEO
Christopher Chambliss is an innovative thinker with broad-based expertise in business development and non-profit management. Chris has a successful track record of managing key projects and leading highly effective teams. Early in his career, he began working with the underserved, particularly young men of color. Chris has worked for other agencies in trauma-informed care and counseling, where he was an advocate and ambassador for a nonprofit on Chicago’ south side. He has raised community awareness about the effects of violence and trauma to hundreds of individuals, including public school administrators, parents, social workers, legislators, business owners and law enforcement staff. In addition, Chris manages through weekly calls, a caseload of individuals who have suffered some form of trauma.
